I hope the management of JRS reads the reviews for them. How poor the service is. I think your delivery people are not happy with their work. I was supposed to guide them to our house pero choppy raw they can't understand me,so I ended the call saying I'll text you. While texting, I received their call. The moment I answered, I heard the man said "bunani este". It was çlearly pertaining to me because they haven't found our location yet. After hearing that word I got mad and ask the person what he just said. He tried to avoid my question,but I kept on asking him "kosa bo con migo ya abla anantes?" So he answered, "na dmio kel uban mam". I just said "de JRS kayo,ryt?" He said "yes". I hang up. Here's the thing, Hindi pa naman ako Tanga to believe his reason. I did not get my parcel because I did not answer their calls anymore, and I'm planning to report this to their office as well. I hope this will also reach the management. Btw, this is not my first time with JRS but this is the worst delivery experience I've had with them. This just happened today Oct 16, 2021. Worst with JRS delivery.

JRS is the worst courier ever. They are very slow when it comes to delivering packages. Very poor service. My parcel was shipped last May 29, 2020 and until now it's already June 15, 2020 it has not been delivered yet to me.
