If it's even possible to rate this as a negative, I would. They didn't even contact me and yet they tagged my parcel as "Package delivery failed", my address isn't even that hard to find. By 6AM the status was it will be delivered within the day just at 11AM the status changed to "Package delivery failed".

Parcel was scheduled to be delivered today, Sept 20, 2022. I was monitoring the parcel's tracking number and it says that there was an attempted delivery earlier this day. Since the receiver gets home by 6PM, I asked Entrego thru their official messenger (which replies and takes your requests seriously) and they coordinated with the local Entrego branch. The delivery guy redelivered the item at atmost 8PM. I really appreciate the agent who coordinated with the branch and also the delivery guy for his effort of going the extra mile for the customers. Thank you, Entrego!

Ws supposed to receive an order today. Never called, just tagged it as failed. Every other review and comments here are all accurate. The worst courier to date.

I have 2 order same item but delivered separately however expected delivery date is within the week, I requested to cancel the first that arrive as it was the wrong size, 2 days after someone called me and just directly ask me if its a cancelled order without asking me that its the second item so I was expecting he was JUST confirming about the first to arrive not the second so I said yes to cancel.. HE should TOLD ME ITS THE SECOND ORDER HE JUST DIRECTLY ASK ME IF THE ORDER SHOULD BE CANCELLED... THEY EVEN DONT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER THEIR CUSTOMER TICKET SUPPORT TOOK FOREVER TO RESPOND!!!!!!!!!! I NEED MY SHOES NEXT WEEK!!!!

I would have loved to rate it negative. Walang email, chat or voice support. My package was not delivered for a reason na "customer was not available during delivery". How could that even happen when I was waiting all day for it to be delivered kasi I was aware na that day they will attempt to deliver. 🤬🤬
