Useless, they are not following the correct delivery address, they are sending it to random places, which is very suspicious, specially if the package is a credit card. They WILL NOT call you even if your number is with them. This will just tag it as return to sender eventhough no delivery has been made. This company is fraud. Be very careful!

It's a rotten delivery. My items in Laguna haven't been touched in almost 3 weeks. I didn't know your courier was like this if I hadn't read your complaints. The one that I disagree with has been there for more than 2 weeks on your qc hub. Are you an operational pb?

My parcel arrived at nine o'clock. They are slow to process deliveries. Their delivery time is almost 7 days late instead of having my package on Oct 17, 2021. The estimated time of delivery should be Oct 20, 2021. Until now they have not updated my parcel. The next time the courier Entrego, don't order anymore. Shopeexpress or J&T is better 👍🏻

Earlier this October 2021 the Entrego is still ok, Sept. 30-Oct. Only 5 transits. What happened? Did you lay off riders? Oh, it's not that there is a lack of work force. Is this still the valid QC hub because I will only go there if it is not delivered to my address! 👿 Ayala Corporation (AC) still owns Entrego. Small time couriers are even better.
