Actually if i have less than 1star un i guess I ask you why? Because you are not kind to your customer, the first and second time I requested a pick up was ok, but the third time I got a request no rider clicked up, and worse I called your fairview branch which is not the battle near jrs branch in my place, your office staff is not very entertaining. A brother who answered the call ask what I need I said if I was going to rider to pick up my address because thru online I asked, he said he checked his mistake he didn't cover the phone I talked to one rider, he said, but the customer who went online said no one was picking up, said he was the rider, because he knew how much he was asking for the pick up, then he said that no call call duplicate, hello i can just call your branch because thru online i did a request. Then said yes but what do you do when you can skate another rider to pipick up, what is your choice of destination? I still remember the riders who picked up my first and second parcels no matter how many or even more bad or bad ones they could get and because they were like that on the JRS, oh my gosh, I still charge you 30. Then he said he didn't know what to do with the rider in charge at our place hello again you are not obliged to find out what text you have yet so i know what to do, and i ask that no other rider available pick up, did he say no because I eencode I wow super bait you too, while i hear your rider's not listening, do you branch visor why is rider better for you? It's catchy. This is also my first experience, my parcel was delayed for 2 weeks. You still need to call/email your branch just to follow up on the delivery. I have a package that should arrive on March 21 (I expected the date because it was just shipped [March 17]) SHET I HOPE THIS TIME THE DELAY WILL NOT BE EXCESSIVE LIKE IN THE LAST 🙁🙁🙁
