The worst service I have ever encountered, they cannot even track my package even with a tracking number, very poor service, the store in Dumaguete is poorly operated by unqualified people, they always give you excuses and never answer the phone, I am deeply disappointed by the services here in the Philippines, If I could give it a zero I would.

Wrong location.. DHL across street from Fiesole Residence Inn. Shipped important documents from US. Arrived in two weeks. They texted me. You can ship stuff to this office and pick it up there. Note this is across street from Fiesole hotel. Note one of the pictured posted is incorrect. It is on San Juan street. Also, with DHL you can track your package from start to finish on their site. (FedEx partners with 2GO. DHL is all one company.) Sent documents from Dumaguete to Idaho USA and they arrived in 4 business days delivered to a residence. Cost about 1,700 PP. Great service.
