I forgot to specify the address so I was worried and tried to contact their number but unfortunately their number is expired already so I went to jrs main website and tried to contact them to specify the address of my parcel then they replied positively and specified the address Kudos! God bless!

One of the lowest shipping price. Although takes 3days to more than a week of delivery depending on the parcel. If you want confirmation or not satisfied with the messages received to you, you may visit their branch office for clarification, located @ near Brigada News FM Station Overspass Tambo Hinaplanon Iligan City. I have a sister live @ the back of their rented building, whenever I have transaction with them, easily got delivered as some staff are familiar.

We have a document ( letter express) incoming but, the branch number "does not exist" then we tried calling using another phone "the number is not accessible at this time. We are trying to ask for a track since the tracker that you have keeps on buffering and not giving any results to where the letter have gone. No tracking , no phone number in whole Iligan can be reached. We tried calling Tambo, Poblacion and Tubod Branch but, these phone numbers are down or intentionally made not to receive calls.

The worst service I experienced in JRS. We sent a package from Cordova Cebu last Oct 22 going to Iligan and another package to Tawi Tawi. Imagine, the Tawi tawi package had arrived last Nov 1. I have to call long distance to Iligan branch to follow up the package. My sister was told that it will be delivered on the next day (November 5) but no delivery happened. Again, she was told that it will be delivered tomorrow, Nov 6. The package had arrived Iligan last October 26. It's been 10 days since they received the package in their branch and still undelivered. I liked JRS before but with this experience, I am contemplating on trying other couriers. This branch has POOR SERVICE.
