I have no problem with the delivery services in general, but the staffs are not friendly, I shipped an item for my customer and I have a big bill, I asked if they have change, they asked me if I have smaller bill and I said no then I asked if they accept virtual payment, but they said I could have asked earlier (probably someone has the access on it Pero hinde present) they make me feel that I am to be blamed, when in fact they have a change Naman Pala. I have no Idea that they accept virtual payment... They didn't even say thank you after my transactions, and they don't even show any pleasing attitudes as a frontline.
