Very poor customer service, if i can rate NO Star at all i would gladly do that, piece of advice...PLS TRAIN YOUR STAFF FOR HANDLING CUSTOMER INQUIRY AND GIVING ACCURATE INFORMATION!!!its a waste of time and effort to go all the way to your branch if your staff will just let us come back not only once but 3 times but still at the end the information given regarding the requirements to acquire is still not complete, and still when we tried to ask for further informations since all we can see is ACRONYMS on your list, your staff is showing attitude and very unapproachable as if he was so busy that time....we came to you because we need help and we are paying for your service so PLS do your part
