Atleast send a text earlier so that we can be aware that our package has arrived and so we can prepare and wait for you.

Ordered part from Cebu and expected it to be delivered the next day because I payed for EXPRESS shipping. After a WEEK. I called the parts house in Cebu. Was told to contact JRS EXPRESS in Dumaguete. After a call confirming that my part was indeed there. I went down there, got the package and checked the address on the shipment. The address was 100% correct, WITH MY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IN THE ADDRESS. I was then told that they did not deliver to Valencia. I pointed out that my phone number was clearly a part of the address label and ask why I had NOT been called and inform. She said, "Calling customers is NOT our job"! Ever sense this encounter that I needed something shipped domestically I make damn sure it is NOT SHIPED JRS EXPRESS!
