The merchant mistakenly put COD to my package. To update the mode of payment, Entrego needed to return the parcel to sender so they can put the corrected waybill with no payment required. It has been a week and the parcel is still with Entrego while the merchant is waiting! The return process is so slowwww that the Merchant and I are becoming too impatient to correct the issue as the item is not yet with neither of us. So frustrating!
