WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY EVER! My parcel remained undelivered for 19 days and counting now. Customer Service is the worst! Their only response is they have already advised their dispatch team to expedite but no effect. They've been giving the same response for two weeks now.

Contact numbers cannot be contacted.. No way of contacting them.. The package is still at their warehouse even after days of it arriving.. Very poor service.. I hope sellers would stop using them as couriers.. Im still waiting for my item to be delivered, its been 17days and counting.. ðŸ˜
