I was informed that I have a parcel last August thru text. I asked if what was that parcel and who is the sender because I'm not expecting any parcel thru JRS but no one bothered to reply with my inquiry. I think JRS have to give complete details for the info of parcels to their customers especially when it is for pick up. I was also lost when I was looking for their location because it was in a different building. I think JRS has to keep their location updated. Anyway, I already updated their location in the google maps.
