The first time I went their link was down so they asked me to return the next day when they had a brown out but on the third day I managed to send my documents to manila. I have used DHL 3 times from PPC, once to UK and twice to Manila and tge parts always arrive early.

Do not recommend this DHL branch. contact information are all not in service. Poor quality of service. I was so disappointed with this location. I sent the package from abroad and was promise, that my very important and urgently needed documents will arrive within or less than 14days. Apparently, pass 20days, my sister went to the location to check the possibility, if the package arrive. the clerk said that it arrive and have the guts to say “it was 5 days earlier than expected. my sister did not receive any txt confirmation. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. or ever use DHL as a courier.

Only one DHL Express office in Puerto Princesa. The woman at the desk was nice. The delivery would take about two to three working days when sending items to the US. We sent only nine pages of papers and it costs us 1750 pesos. The post office in Manila was less by 150 pesos. The problem with DHL is that they won't send it to a post office box.
