Never open. Building looked just like it does in the picture... shuttered. Went there and sign said M, W, F open. Went back Wednesday and visited the shop 4 times from 9 am onward until after 3 pm and they never opened. I don't believe they ever open. No way to run a business. Heading to Davao City tomorrow for FedEx. Screw DHL.
