Order received at hub last November 21. It's been a week, and my package is still not delivered. The seller had to be the one I had to contact for the updated tracking number. Based on the other reviews for Entrego Iloilo, I am not the only one experiencing the same - if not worse - thing. Worst logistics service ever. Shut down your business if you have no plans on improving your service. You are giving both the seller and the customer a difficult time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Plainly speaking, your service is beyond disappointing. Never had a problem with JnT and other couriers. But I had 2 failed deliveries from lazada and shopee using your service. They're already paid and I had to process a refund. You waste people's time. You don't even update the tracking number anymore until 30 days later. Don't use this courier.

Worst courier! WORST! WORST! WORST! My parcel's EDD is Nov. 15-22, 2021 but, until now ang parcel nasa Hub parin. Hello Entrego????? Can you please upgrade your delivery services??? A lot of people complaining because of you POOR SERVICE.

ENTREGO doesn't follow delivery schedule even though the order has been paid already. I was supposed to receive my order a week ago until now they haven't delivered my package. Their office doesn't order calls too. ZALORA's customer service is affected and should terminate them.
