I find them so inconsiderate!!!!! Maybe that delivery man assigned was so inconsiderate. They cannot do a simple requests of delivering my items just 2 working days after the schedule.. It wasn't my intention to not be around by the time they deliver. It was delivered earlier than expected man gud.. Why do they need to send it back pay sa sender... :( Super strict when last time they did not deliver my parcel right away. I have to pick it up pa in their office.

Package from Dumaguete shipped last monday Aug 19, 2019, until now I have not received it, this is stupid, I called their landline twice then the representative told me that they have no commitment for their delivery and I just need to wait for the as for delivery, it's on their website that delivery takes only 1-3 days, so it's just fake advertising? There is no way to use the updates of their tracking info from their website, even if you send a message or call.

The messenger was too lazy to deliver my parcel. I'm just 5 minute - walk away from this branch. They did not bother to contact me to ask for landmarks if needed. Lazada and LBC have regular deliveries in our address and they are able to deliver without issues. The online tracking system is also useless.

JRS express...i made a bad decision trusting them...no customer service and when you call their office no one answers the phone...so hard to follow up. Okay lang sana if they dispatch the package right away ...they dont!!!! they said one day delivery for express...this is not true. Once package arrived in cebu...they do not deliver it right away, tracking says for delivery but it will not arrive for so many days..you have to trace and pick up if you want to get it fast....it will stay with the office for how many days pa before they can deliver it. So lousy courier people. Better go to LBC or other shipping service.
