The staff assisted me very well sending a package to Singapore. Explained to me about the security checks and the route the parcel would take etc. It was delivered right on time. In SBMA DHL is located in the same lot as MOF logistics

Takes forever to process the payment and get it shipped. Staff not very friendly or helpful That doesn't mean they were rude or not helpful. It just means they don't seem happy or anxious to help. It took 45 minutes to process the payment and mail the package. The cost was reasonable.
