DHL is trap logistic company they claim for extra fee whatever they want without the explanation, if you dont pay that fee you not gonna get your order. My order is $600 and they claim $300 of the tax fee.

DHL Philippines offers by far the most unprofessional service in the world. Incapable employees, unanswered inquiries, weeks of waiting, overpriced prices for miserable service. DHL Germany should give serious thought to its branch in the Philippines.

They were asking me to pay php5600+ charges at first for 1 PIECE of jewelry that is not even brand bew. Of course I complained about the charges but eventually agreed to pay since as per representative, that is required to secure clearance from BOC. Guess what,? Instead of reducing the charges they added 4000 for the excise tax so I emailed the one in-charge and made constant follow up thru their hotline but got no response. I ended up visiting their HO and paid the php10,300 to be able to claim the item. Sana po mabusog ng mga unjust charges ang mga pamilya nyo.
