DHL is not like that of what I use to use back in the USA, very strict about what them can mail outside the country, I was trying to find out if I can mail a money order, before I get one,it seems to be impossible to mail any document if it contains any thing that had to do with money, I didn't need it after all,when I found out that I could not get a money order and mail it in the post office to pay some back pay child support in order to release my USA passport held by my embassy here. This branch told me that their delivery man was not able to deliver my documents because he cannot locate my address. How in the freakin' world that he can't locate my address when it is so detailed from Bldg. # to street name to corner street name??? LBC man was able to locate it!! Pizza Hut delivery was able to locate it!!! I asked why nobody called me. They said they don't have my number. I almost fainted!!!! The staff in their branch then asked my address. Isn't my address supposed to be encoded in their system? The staff said, "No Ma'am, we don't have your delivery address in our system." I can't believe how pathetic this branch do their service. It is so amazing.

DHL Express or the WWW Express can help with the processing of the authentication of documents (marriage certificate, birth certificate) in Department of Foreign Affairs or DFA Manila. It will take around 20 days for you to get your authenticated document. I paid Php 740.00 for my marriage certificate (one copy) to be authenticated.
