I just called your branch in GUAGUA PAMPANGA. he told me every time I call him, just to ask my package, I always complain, it's NATURAL to ask but I don't complain, that's what he used to say every time I call him, it's just that my complaint is so bad like that. after all, I'm just asking why it took so long to come to him because he himself came only 1-2 days ago. then he told me to JUST FIND ANOTHER COURIER. the item that I brought whole to their office, was shot by the sealer. a hole in the bag. sent to the head office, guess what... they don't want to pay for the bag because of their dysfunctional sealer. worse is, they want to pay the cashier who sealed the bag half the price of the actual value of my bag. tsk3 is that so, it's just a matter of opinion? dhl because of the broken sealer, the small person will still shoulder the failure of the machine? What is negligence on the part of the cashier, how did he know that the sealer would burst? Is he a fortune teller?

If you yourself are at the counter taking care of customers, you know how to handle it. But my god, people who don't know how to entertain are irritating, can I teach you based on my experiences that if a customer approaches you, ask if it's door to door or pick up.
