ONE OF THE WORST COURIER. YOU HAVE TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE, EVEN WHEN IT IS SHIPPED BY THE SELLER FOR DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY. THEIR DELIVERYMEN SOMETIMES ARE RUDE. HAS NO PATIENCE & DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Also, KEEPS ON SAYING ThatbMY ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE. EVEN WHEN IT'S COMPLETE. 👎👎👎 NEVER AGAIN.👎👎👎 UNLIKE, OTHER COURIER.

The service is okey.. The only thing that disappointed me was that they did not deliver my package to the specific address I gave. Instead, they called the receiver to pick it up at the JRS office.

They don't update their tracking history of your package online. I sent a mail and waited for two weeks and I did not know that the package was being attempted to be delivered all this time. I had to physically go to their store to know what was going on where it could have saved me some time if they updated their tracking info online.

I asked the perskn who sent a text that may package js ready for pickup. Its my first time to pick something via jrs. I was asking if J could bring a valid id and the receipt that my sender sent through online chat because the name that was written is my nickname. But he/she did not reply at all. That was the important thing for me. He/she was able to reply for the other 2 question, because i dont know where jrs is located, but the last question? Really???.. For me, its not convenient at all. It was suppose to be a gift.
