I already have 3 unarrived parcel because of this courier, didn't even notif or contact us, Entrego is always the one who's responsible for delivering my parcels from china and none of them arrived. The delivery man didn't even message us not a bit just the entrego message us that our parcel arriving today and we can't reply back at the message. So far for this is the worse delivery ever I've encountered for 2yrs. It's hassle to pick it up from the warehouse. I can't order anything from china because of this courier. I'm disappointed of this courier. Why is this even existed if you can't handle/upgrade your courier. 😞

Can you rate -5 stars? This is the laziest courier firm I know. I wonder why they always look after my parcels. They DO NOT DELIVER really, the delivery guy always claims that "critical area" seems in fact to other couriers like J&T because they actually deliver.

TERRIBLE COURIER! The delivery man checked the delivered status without even delivering it.. He just contacted me that he has my package and most likely threatened me to wait for him to deliver it.. terrible courier and poorly managed.

Parcel was in the warehouse for more than 3 days. I had to go to the warehouse to pick up my item. When I arrived at 11 am, they made me go back at 2 pm. Had to wait for for an hour for my parcel to be found. Others who had to pick up their parcel (from Bukidnon pa) waited for 2-3 hrs and their pacels haven’t been found yet. Their system in sorting the parcels is SO DISORGANIZED. If I could only choose another courier for my items to be delivered, system from Overseas parcels automatically chooses Entrego.

Wow, ...i always track my parcel..and when it says "CDO entrego Hub" it stucks there for around 5 days and my other parcel arrived and was delivered first...so i told the courier that i have 1 parcel stuck in there hub and to please have a look at it and deliver to me.So the following day the Tracker says"Parcel out for delivery...but before 6pm mynapps says"Failure to deliver due to technical problem" Then the following day it says again "Out for delivery" and again before 6pm it says"failure todeliver because the courier is runnningn ut of time...Then again same thing happen in the following day...and end up...REPORTED MISSING....Wow...kawatan everywhere ...Trending na gyud diay @ng kawat bisan asa.....
