Mom used DHL express to send a parcel from Canada. Paying as much as 200CAD for the "Express Service". Was promised 8 to 10 working days to arrive. According to the tracking system, it left the Customs 4 days after arrival from Canada. Took another 2 weeks to get parcel from Manila to Baguio. Like How??? so much for the "Express" what a scam. Over all took a whole MONTH. NEVER USE DHL!

I had a pleasant experience sending a package through DHL Express - SM Baguio. I went there early Sunday morning (July 19, 2020) and had no problems at all as I was 2nd in line. It pays to be early. The personel that morning was effecient, courteous and responsive to my queries and concerns. The shipping was a little expensive but not far from our estimate as we checked for shipping rates at the DHL website ahead of time. The following morning I realized that I made a mistake with the postal code. I called them immediately as soon as they opened and was greeted by a female personnel but a different one. I explained to her my problem and within 10 minutes the issue was resolved. They will correct the postal code for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
