Kudos to Sir Alex (who is now at the SM branch) and Sir Joshua! Sir Alex was the one who estimated that I needed a box of 5 of the items I was going to send but unfortunately, they ran out this time. He offered to get our contact info so he can make a reservation for the boss if it is available. He actually called other branches and checked for us. When he returned to the SM branch, he endorsed our request to the next staff, to Sir Joshua. He was also very patient with my ignorance in sending goods abroad and in filling out the form. Overall, only DHL has no hassle in shipping to NZ. I tried asking other couriers that time when they didn't have box 5. The others asked for lots of conditions and documents, and their freight was twice as much! Super happy with my experience and I'm impressed with the staff so far. Keep it up!
