November 26 was the expected delivery date of my parcel. I made a follow-up on November 29 and they told me it was off-loaded and still waiting for a flight schedule. They called me December 1 saying my parcel arrived. I told them that I would pick it up so I when there December 6 at 8AM since the guard told me they open at 8 AM but they made me wait for one of their staff saying he's the one in-charge. They are not customer friendly and and not flexible. Terrible customer service.

Got to file a complaint against the guy who used to answer the telephone call. He needs commendations on his arrogant telephone skills. I was even surprised when i went there and guy attendant seemed to be more arrogant than the guy who answers the telephone call. Glad that the Girl attendant seem to agree with me and facilitated my concern.
