The lady at the counter was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. She kept asking for an invoice and a second page of the shipping label and I explained that both were not necessary because Vestiaire Collective only instructed to print and attach the shipping label to my package. All DHL needed to do was to accept and scan the parcel as it was a “drop-off” per Vestiaire. . Also,apart from what was sent on the email from Vestiaire, wala ng iba pang need i-attach. The staff clearly doesn’t know what she was doing. It was such a hassle going there and trying to explain what was on the email i received. HINDI KELANGAN NG DHL ACCOUNT NUMBER PER VESTIAIRE BECAUSE I HAVE A WAYBILL NUMBER ALREADY. Next time please hire competent people to handle customer service work. Wag yung ganyan na wala na ngang alam, sarcastic pa at hindi nakikinig.

I’ve been in this shop twice and it was very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff at the counter with curly hair was rude, not consistent, very arrogant and not approachable. Kindly, review her skills in handling customers for improvement. Don’t ruin your business with this kind of frontline staff.
