Anyone from JRS called me. They said that my delivery was ifoforward to a place I didn't even understand, so I assume it's at the branch near me because it has an address. Very disappointed! I've been sending it to JRS for a long time but the service is very bad at this branch. It was supposed to be delivered but they said that no one knows me in my address WTF! They asked me to get it instead, they forwarded it to another branch. This branch along with their staff should be removed! It's pointless! I will tell every people I know not to use JRS service anymore! If the head office will not do something about this, the name of JRS is poor just because there is no It's a branch issue!
