Most irresponsible courier I have ever seen. very lazy My PSA that is 2 days for delivery is said to be a failed delivery, because I am not available! I must need it so I'm waiting but it's not there yet. Their representative is still a liar who says that it is still a prio case. Letse I will report you to *8888 as courier of PSA online because you are very irresponsible and unprofessional. You will take a job that you cannot fix.

It should be a negative star if possible. WORST! Dec 17 is still in the warehouse but the parcel update is not moving on my app so, I called them on the 21st and they said it will be delivered tomorrow but on the 22nd and 23rd nothing has arrived. The staffs are still very unprofessional because they put me on hold to check my parcel then I could hear them laughing in the background and another encounter I had was when I called them but they hung up and they texted saying don't call, just text (There wouldn't be a problem if text but the way they text is very unprofessional). I have never encountered rude and slow couriers, this is it. My advice to you is to shut up because you're just useless ♀️ 🤷 EDIT: 24 the delivery rider arrived. I didn't accept it. I feel sorry for what I bought but Entrego needs to learn.

Im very dissapointed with your services. No calls or whatsoever, delivery time was almost 6pm. Definitely thats after office hours na, nakaalis na iyong tao. You told the rider to come back the next day, but to no avail. Then you just received a text message that the parcel is going back to sender. What??... I have been waiting for that package for almost weeks... Please please... kindly fix your delivery system...

I should not even give 1-star rating to Entrego but a SUPER NEGATIVE RATING because it has the worst delivery/courier service i encountered, however to be able to give a review, you have to press a star. Our order has arrived in the local logistic hub since 16Dec, but up to now, Dec 26, it has not been delivered and nobody from the Entrego is even contacting us and when you try to call the number provided in the internet, it's a "wrong number". WAKE UP ENTREGO, all comments about your service is bad! Please IMPROVE your service or stop doing delivery/courier service already.
