Disappointed ☹️ DHL Marilao is way much better when it comes to service. DHL Malolos rejected all the food items that I'm about to send even though it's commercially package such as monie gold, ginger bon, mango candy, honey/chonut, Ludy's Coco jam, FnC coco sugar, Nagaraya... even the basket planter that is already processed they are asking for DENR something certificate. But that's OK next time I'll just go to Marilao the staff there are more trained I guess...Still thank you because I sent the parcel to Sydney Australia Sept. 20 and my fiance received it today Sept. 23, 2021 Super quick as in 😊

I don't even know if there's any problem with their system or they simply lack manpower, but it's always like this. It takes too much time. You could be second in line, yet it would still take at least an hour just for them to get started with a simple transaction.

Poor service. The delivery of a small item has taken almost a week after the estimated day of delivery; claiming the address could not be found, even though shoppee and lazada riders can easily find their way here... I have contacted DHL day after day and was told it would be delivered but after a few days, still nothing. I tried calling the Malolos branch but no answer.

Delivery service is poor, simple and correct address provided, But cannot find and send the item, the address we provided is the address we use to order online and no problem at all. but this Dhl is very disappointing.

Tiny office. Wait outside only 2 persons inside at a time. Direct sun. Windows covered in notices all stating what you cant do. No one under 18 or over 65 allowed. Go somewhere else
